Mackay to the Whitsundays stopped at Proserpine and shopped a bit, coffee and cake. Was driving in bare feet and when parallel parking – in reverse, foot slipped off the clutch. Didn’t hit anything but mounted the gutter backwards: phew. So with sandals back on we headed up the road… Maz booked a site at Hydeaway bay 30 km off the Hwy on the coast/beach.
Oh and bought an Olympus pocket, waterproof, and sand proof camera – with HD video at WOW leaving Mackay. Send some soon!
