Finally made it on the road this afternoon, and have stopped at a rest area 1.5km S of Hillston, NSW. 330 km via the Kidman way. (5bars on the Telstra modem!!)
Crumbed John Dory and fresh salad for dinner soon, washed down with a Griffith Chardonnay… listening to the Eagles…
Next stop of interest Cobar – 260km. Bourke is only another 160km so we will go slowly and see what we can see… our mission is really to get where it is warm so me might push-on just a bit!
When we get to QLD – Cunnamulla we will need to decide whether to go left or right – depending on the weather further north! But I want to be in shots and singlet for my birthday
