A misty start to the morning but by 8AM it’s brilliant sunshine and warming up. The Argo trip is at 1030.
What a brilliant trip. An hour and a half circumnavigating Peter and Sally’s 350 acres from the pastures, through the rain forest to the top of the ridges. In the forest Peter pointed out a 1500 year old cycad – 15m tall. Looks like a palm but grows only one centimetre a year… Views from the top are down the Daintree River and across to the 4th highest mountain in QLD. Great time.
And then a quiet afternoon and evening… so Maz’s adrenalin could subside!
