Particularly need to get the jack that arrived yesterday modified.. It needs a 'tongue' welded on so that the attachment fits up into the body frame and connects to the jack in a socket with pin for safety. It's a 2 tonne jack so should seriously lift a corner. A permanent jack is difficult to fit without obstructing something or other... Stops the body rocking - in the wind etc... as well as levelling that our ramps may not quite do. Unfortunately need the socket moved down as well to fit under the body. If this works well, we will have to procure a few more.
Most importantly tho Maz is ready to see a Doctor. She had a solid fall near the office at Daintree - sweaty thongs on a slippery slope; still very sore on the ribs. Have an appointment for early afternoon.
The Doctor is satisfied that no ribs are broken... muscles ligaments will heal in due course Panadol Forte in the mean time. So pain managed, including holding pressure on ones chest for coughing etc - just like for healing sternums... And peace of mind, although nothing would be done if ribs were cracked anyway...
So it's back to tidying and packing up, and getting dinner for four ready. Have a couple of nice white wines and 4 big chunks of the Julatten Barramundi, Maz's special pineapple, ginger, lime dressing and chips and salad -with another secret dressing...
