2nd Nov - Albany to Esperance

Biggish day ahead. We are heading for Esperance, near enough to 500km... There is a lot of nothing, the usual roadworks, and a few towns... stop for a few minutes at Jerramungup!!!! then at Ravensthorpe... and keep going!

The cloud cover continues but there are signs of sunshine breaking out!!

And there a some volcanic cone looking hills about...

Finally at Esperance. First task is to see if there is a Shell/Coles Express fuel. We have pup last 8C/L voucher and need 100 litres. In luck and refuelled we opt for a caravan park which will give us a discount and take dogs... Acclaim group have one... Once established we head off to explore in the Suzuki.

It really is a pretty place - and we have left the shitty weather behind - for the moment.

Esperance boasts the country's best beaches. We will see. There certainly are spectacular beaches... all around!
